I always said I wanted to do fan art for Whispy cuz fave artist hngg but I never got to it :'D crai gomen
So since I wanted to draw chibis again since forever, I decided to draw one of her characters ;u; didn't expect it to be Lulu but he's so adorable and I haven't seen much arts of him yet QAQ
whispwill said somewhere in her description that Lulu catches stars so I'd obviously put him on the moon and let him go star fishing xD
I wanted to make this a GIF with twinkly stars but I spent literally 2 full days doing this so--
